This site is located in the HR-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10.

Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. Comment: The site plan should be designed to include the information as noted on the sample site plan. Please see https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/permits/residential-permits/residential_plot_plan_requirements.pdf for reference. Site zoning is unable to conduct a full review because there was no site plan included with the submittal.
2. Comment: This site is located in the HR-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9). Historic review and approval is required. Please contact Michael Taku (Michael.Taku@tucsonaz.gov) if you have any questions. Zoning cannot approve this permit until the historic review has been approved.
