Review will not proceed without the response letter. COMMENTS: 1. A/C unit sizing does not align with the drawings or the Manual J. Manual J specifies both units should be below 2 tons. 1.7 and 1.5 tons for the 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom respectively. Design drawings also show different sized units for each dwelling. Since this is new construction the construction quality should be listed in the Manual J as “Tight”. The proposed unit for both dwellings is 2.5 tons and would be oversized based on the information provided. Please correct the Manual J inputs to ensure correct A/C sizing. 2. Please resubmit.
