A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. The permit extension request must be approved before Residential Zoning staff can process the materials. With the materials requested in Comment 2, below, please provide evidence that the extension has been approved. 2. Please resubmit ALL materials to be reviewed per the May 19 Residential Review comments. Residential Zoning acknowledges receipt of the Response Letter and Solar permit. Unfortunately, the site plan with the construction documents were not uploaded with this recent resubmittal. Site zoning is unable to approve the site plan until all materials have been submitted. 3. Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on responses to zoning review comments and plans submitted for the next review.
