Sewer:
1. The location of the sewer and water line work shown on the provided plans is not on the permit address/parcel. The scope of work is shown to be on parcel 111030710 (3129 E GREENLEE RD)
2. The sewer and water lines from 3131 E Greenlee RD cannot cross the property line. Each dwelling requires an independent sewer connection from the dwelling to the Pima County sewer connection. 2018 IPC 701.3.
3. Show the Backwater valve elevation measurements to be a deferred submittal, to be submitted prior to Rough Soil inspection, or provide the required elevation measurements for Backwater valve compliance review.
Provide elevation measurements for Next Upstream Manhole cover and Finished Floor Elevation. Provide Backwater valve protection as/if required.
