This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. Provide plans showing the extent of the fire damage and the structural fixes required, R301.1. 2. The conductor over the roof must be in a conduit and rated for use in a wet location, E3802.8, or rated as sunlight resistant, R3802.3.3. The bottom of the conductor or conduit shall be a minimum of 7/8” above the roof surface. 3. The conductor underground must comply with E3803.1, and be rated for direct burial, or rated for use in a conduit in a wet location, E3803.10. 4. Burial depth shall be per Table E3803.1.
