Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). 1. The provided permit documents show 3 units at this location. Pima County addressing does not show 3 units at this location. Please contact Pima County Addressing to resolve your addressing issue related to this site. Addressing@pima.gov or 520-724-9512. 2. Each unit will require a separate permit and plans set. When the addressing is corrected with Pima County and the three units are published, you will need to file a request to update this permit to reflect one unit, and file two additional permits for the other two units. Gas review: 3. Note and specify all piping materials (Black Iron, Gas line PEX, etc.), G2412.9. 4. Provide the length measured from the meter to the farthest attached appliance. Size the pipe based on the length from the meter to the farthest attached appliance and max total demand of all attached appliances using Table G2413.4(1) (Metallic Pipe), Table G2413.4(7) Polyethylene Plastic Pipe.
