5. Zoning acknowledges an application for a Design Development Option (DDO) has been submitted to reduce the side perimeter yard setback from 6'-0"to 4'-6", measured from the east lot line to the new posts supporting the patio attached to the principal building.

If the submitted DDO is approved, provide a copy of your decision letter with your resubmittal of TC-RES-1223-10127. Zoning cannot approve TC-RES-1223-10127 until the DDO process has been completed.
