Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. Residential systems, including ESS, with total production of 100A or greater, require a design and calculations provided by an Arizona registered Electrical Engineer, R106.1. 2. If the (N) Franklin WH AGATE is being used as a power control system (PCS), then note this on the plans with the total PV/ESS backfeed limited to 90A. 2020 NEC 705.13. 3.
