The conductors in raceway #7-9 are undersized for the given current, 142.06A (See backfeed Breaker Sizing table on sheet PV-4A for total current), Reference NEC 690.8(A)(3) and (B)(1). Show these conductors sized for the given total current. Reference NEC 310.15, Table 310.15(B)(2)(a), 310.15(B)(2)(b) and 310.15(B)(3)(a). The adjusted conductor rating may not be less than the calculated Conductor Sizing. 2. The minimum size required for this conductor, (Between the 200A dedicated load center and the 400A sub panel), is 1/0 CU. NEC 690.8(B).
