Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). 1. Notate and specify all piping materials and sizes, P2608. 2. Show the main line sewer line sized per R3004. Provide all fixture drainage units that will use this main line. Pima County records show 3 units on this address. 3. Separate submittal to Pima County RWRD is required for new connections to sewer. Contact sewer@pima.gov for review and assessment. 4. Provide Pima County RWRD permit number and permit approval for the new sewer connection. 5. Provide elevation measurements for Next Upstream Manhole and Finished Floor Elevation. Provide Backwater valve protection as/if required. Backwater valve protection: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/pdsd/documents/building-code/2018_-_irc_amendments.pdf Section P3008.1 Where required. Where the finish floor elevation is less than 12 inches above the elevation of the next upstream manhole cover in the sewer, a backwater valve shall be installed in the building drain or branch of the building drain serving that floor.
