This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. Permit number TC-RES-0423-04786 needs to be completed by getting a separate address for the ADU. Please contact Pima County Addressing to resolve your addressing issue related to TC-RES-0423-04786. Addressing@pima.gov or 520-724-9512. 2. When the addressing issue is resolved, you will need to file a Change of address request in order to show the corrected address/unit. Updated plans need to show the correct address/unit for the ADU. 3. Show the mast height on the electrical riser diagram, NEC 230.24, Providing 8’ clearance above the ADU roof, Or relocate the service entrance to a code compliant location, E3604.2.1. The overhead service conductor over the ADU building requires an 8’ clearance above the roof, E3604.2.1. The necessary mast height at the existing panel location may not be a feasible installation.
