1. Show compliance with City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code; the total property lighting limit for area E3 is 55,000 lumens per acre and the unshielded limit for area E3 is 11,000 lumens per acre. Include all exterior fixtures on the property in the outdoor lighting calculations (OLC 3.1.2). Lumen calculations are determined using the rated fixture wattage, not the installed lamp wattage. Separately show the fixture wattage both full cut-off and unshielded styles for determining exterior lighting limits.
2. Show compliance with City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code with an approved lighting calculation in accordance with OLC 3.1.2. Include all exterior fixtures on the property in the calculations. Show full cutoff fixtures were located with 25 feet from the property line OLC 401.3.3. Show unshielded fixtures with a maximum of 3,000 lumens, OLC 401.4. Show lamps with a maximum of 3500K color temperature, OLC 402.1.
3. Provide spec sheets for all full cut-off fixtures showing the lamp type, placement and fixture wattage. All other fixtures are assumed to be unshielded (non-FCO style). Fixtures are only exempt from the total lumen budget if they are full cut-off FCO style and located under overhangs, OLC 5.1.2.
