1. Sheet 4 indicates that a new outdoor patio is proposed. Clearly show the new patio on the site plan and provide a setback dimension from the east property line to the post(s) of the patio. Per UDC Table 6.3-1.A: Dimensional Standards for the RH, SR, SH, RX-1, & RX-2 Zones, the required setback from the east property line is 20 feet.
