In addition to the modification to the gable end, the addition of a light fixture and a new (relocated) electrical panel, you will also want to address the boxed eaves. The eaves formerly had exposed rafter ends.
Text should address the historic design of the house and the modifications that occurred. Note the design change and the material change.
Provide a map with the Development Zone in the package.
Also, provide photos of the house prior to the modifications. Provide specs on the light fixture.​

COMMENTS: The following comments are relative to an application for Historic Review (UDC 5.8.8).

This site is in the HO-3 zone (UDC 4.7.15). A single-family residence is a permitted use in the HO-3 zone.

1. Per UDC 5.8.8, HPZ review is required for any alteration involving the modification, addition, or moving of any part of an existing structure that would affect the exterior appearance of the building. See Historic comments for application requirements. Zoning cannot approve until the Historic review is completed and approved.

2. Provide a site plan with your next submittal.
