COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1.COMMENT: Provide a Residential Plot Plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf. This shall in include:
a. Remove the aerial from the site plan
b. Revise the front setback dimension, for an established area the front street setback is 20ft or one and one-half the height of the proposed wall (H), measured from the street property line , whichever is greater,
c. Property line distances

2.COMMENT: Draw dimension and label the height of the new structure measured from design grade to top of wall.

3.COMMENT: The Pima County Assessor’s effective construction date for your building or structure is 1953. The actual construction date may be earlier.
Buildings, portions of buildings or structures that are 50 years of age or older must be architecturally documented prior to demolition. Documentation will be reviewed and approved by the Historic Preservation Office before a permit is issued.
