Detail footing width, height and depth, min 12” into undisturbed soile, R403.1.4, Table 403.1. 7. Specify beam seat hardware for both wood posts and masonry column. 8. Use of AMMTEC plans requires a signed and dated authorization letter specifying the use of the plans for a given owner/address.
