2. Clarify if the interior walls are to be finished with gypsum board. The nailing schedule notes on sheet S1 indicate that the walls are to be unfinished however the details indicate ½” GWB. Not Addressed.
3. Indicate a minimum of 5/8” or ½” sag resistant gypsum board when applied to ceilings framed at 24” o/c, IRC table R702.3.5. Not Addressed.

1) That, drawings shall be updated to include detailed site plans of the existing, identifying items to be demolished, such as the shade roof addition, the cistern, and the nonoriginal bay window and clarifying items and conditions that are to remain and be preserved, such as the existing windows and glass block;
2) That, the replaced and new windows shall be all be wood with the bay window
replacement to be double hung and the new shower window to be casement;
3) That, the drawings shall be updated to call out all materials and finishes of the new construction, including but not limited to the distinction of the stucco finish between the existing and the new, not limited to the weep screed and the control joint;
4) That, the cistern, if retained shall be relocated to the rear of the building;
