Clarify how the wall will not obstruct flowage of this wash. This can be demonstrated by providing a detail and/or callout of permeable fencing (ex. rod iron or other) along a portion near the South and West property lines. (See mark-ups on provided site plan for portion of wall that must be permeable.) Wall is also within a 6’ utility easement (adjacent to the shown 10’ utility easement) granted by the final plat. Construction within easement is not permissible unless the utility company provides written approval. Move location of wall out of easement or provide approval from utility companies. Please provide missing “6’ x 6’ UTILITY EASEMENT” (Final Plat with easement locations: https://maps-and-records.tucsonaz.gov/subdivisions/details/MP-35037&0) All easements must be shown and labeled on the site plan.
