This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 -.9. The following comment was not addressed: Comment 1: Based on aerial images of the site, there are additional structures on the property not included in the site plan. Please draw, dimension, and label the sheds on the east side of the property. Include height and square footage of all structures and draw and label setbacks to relevant property lines. Please show these on your plan in the new proposed location (or if removing, write "to be removed".
