A change of address request must be completed through the sub records of this permit to remove all addresses on this permit but one of the ADUs being constructed. Please clearly identify which units on are on the plans (By adding unit number to each structure). Please resubmit constructions documents after the change of address request is applied for on this permit, this will initiate the intake process.
