1. COMMENT: Zoning is unable to approve. Based on aerial photos there are several unpermitted additions on this property. Around 2022 an awning structure appears on the north side of the property. Around 2020 an awning structure appears on the NW corner of the front of the house. Around 2019 an addition on the south side of the house appears in the back yard. Please provide permitting documentation as none can be found in the public records.
