Prior to permit issuance, the following is required:
1)Please submit a copy of the Pima County Sewer connection permit to satisfy the Pre-issuance Sewer Wastewater Utility Fee condition
2)Manual J
3) A contractor with an active Arizona Contractor’s License for the applicable scope of work, or
4) A completed and signed Owner-Builder Affidavit (OBA).
The Contractor and/or Owner must be correctly identified on the permit, and each must have a TDC Online account in order to be added.
