1) The property owner listed on the Assessor’s website does not match the person who submitted the Owner-Builder Affidavit (OBA). To use an OBA, the actual property owner must:
Have a TDC Online account, and
Be listed on the permit as the Owner.
To be added to the permit, the property owner must email Building_Official@tucsonaz.gov and request to be added. If the property was recently purchased, please include documentation showing the ownership transfer.
