A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10. Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. Comment: The site plan should be designed to include the information as noted on the sample site plan. Please see https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/permits/residential-permits/residential_plot_plan_requirements.pdf for reference. 2. Comment: Please draw, label, and dimension the centerline to the face of curb and from the face of curb to the property line along E. 7th Street. 3. Comment: The plans call out a driveway to the front unit along E. 7th Street.
