Plumbing Review:
1. Show new drain connection in compliance with Table 3005.4.1. A maximum of 3 Drainage Fixture Units are allowed on a 1 ½” drain line. (see Table 3004.1 for Drainage Fixture Units per fixture).

Mechanical Review:
2. Show dryer vent size and location for venting to exterior, M1501.

Electrical Review:
3. Provide new washer and dryer circuiting information. Show circuit numbers, breaker size and conductor sizes.
4. Provide GFCI protection for all 15 and 20 amp receptacles in the laundry area, E3902.9.
5. Show a minimum of one 20 AMP branch circuit in the laundry area; this circuit may not serve other locations, E3703.3 and 3901.8.
