The property owner needs to contact building_official@tucsonaz.gov to have the permit withdrawn. The property owner will need to provide a letter of documentation in the email stating that they are the property owner and show proof that they are indeed the property owner to be added to the existing permit if they are not currently attached to the existing permit. Once they have been added to the existing permit they may process the withdrawal of the existing permit. Please note: no withdrawal will be processed if fees are due. If there are fees due, they must be paid prior to any withdrawal of the permit. Once the withdrawal of the existing permit has been processed, the hold will be removed from the SolarApp permit and it will be processed in a timely manner.
