(Comment) The setback to W 18th St is 10’. While no setback distance is shown, it appears to be 4’ 9” (less given the protruding walk-up stairs), consistent with the existing structure. Although the dwelling component of this plan is no longer being pursued, a Design Development Option (DDO) will still be required reduce the minimum setback on the side street from 10’ to a minimum of 1’ from the property line. Submit a DDO as a sub-record to this permit within TDC Online. Within the “Subrecords” tab of this permit, search for “Zoning Modifications” and apply. On approval of the DDO, a decision letter will be issued. A two-week post-decision appeal period follows, per statute.
