This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2018 International Building Code (IBC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. Provide a complete Revision Letter detailing the scope of work for this revision. 2. Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on scope of work change.. 3. Hallways of 10’ or more in length require a receptacle, E3901.10. Provide a minimum of one receptacle in the hallway between the master bedroom and the study. 4. Show receptacle outlets at each kitchen counter space wider than 12” with no point along the wall line more than 24” from a receptacle outlet, NEC 210.52(C)(1).
