TC-RES-1124-06724 PROJECT: RESIDENTIAL POOL ADDRESS/PARCEL: 5920 S SPRINGBROOK DR Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2018 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2018 International Residential Code and 2018 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. COMMENTS: 1. Please submit a revised plot plan that includes the following on one drawing (an example can be found here: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/permits/residential-permits/residential_plot_plan_requirements.pdf): a. Outline of swimming pool only – do not include the deck or interior steps b. Dimensions between the pool and the all structures onsite c. Equipment location – please use call outs d. Electrical ‘Home Run’ – that is the run from the main panel to the equipment, include a call out with the length of the run clearly called out, e.g. 80’ of electric run e. Length and dimension of gas line run from main to equipment – if applicable f. Barrier and type g. All gates and gate swings – gates must swing out h. Any and all electrical, plumbing, barrier related notes as required by the ISPC & IRC. More comments may be forth coming once corrections have been made. Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set. Resubmittals will not be accepted without the revision letter that answers all of the above comments.
