This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 – 9. 1. This comment was not addressed. Based on aerial photographs there are three (3) structures on site that Zoning was not able to find approved permit documents for: a. One located in the northeast corner of the site b. One located along the southwest corner of the of the dwelling c. One located along the east side of the dwelling. Provide approved permit documents or submit plans for approval.
