COMMENTS: Resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. This site is located in the R-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10. 1. This comment was not addressed. Zoning acknowledges sheet 1 showing the “METAL STG.” at 10’-0” from the south property line but the site plan on sheet 2 still shows the “METAL STG.” at 3’. Clarify which plan is correct. If the 3’ setback is still proposed the Board of Adjustment requirement still stands.
