PROVIDE A COMPLETE PLAN SET showing all proposed alterations to the building with 2018 IRC code compliance with component sizes. Plans must address all issues as noted in the code violation.

General:
1. The code violation states that this is a storage building being converted into a dwelling. This requires a complete plan set showing all work needed to meet the building codes and City amendments/ordinances for a new dwelling.
2. Provide a complete plan set. 3. Provide a complete site plan. Indicate the location and size of buildings, utility meters and lines supporting the alterations, R106.1.1. Show the utility lines requiring upgrade or replacement.

4. Show measurements from the structure to the property lines and other structures on the lot for fire separation requirements.

Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.
