This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). PROVIDE A COMPLETE PLAN SET showing all proposed alterations to the building with 2018 IRC code compliance with component sizes. Plans must address all issues as noted in the code violation. Structures built without a permit may require alteration for building code compliance. Provide a clear and concise construction plan set. The code violation states that this is a storage building being converted into a dwelling. This requires a complete plan set showing all work needed to meet the building codes and City amendments/ordinances for a new dwelling. 2. Provide a complete plan set. Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. Comment: The site plan should be designed to include the information as noted on the sample site plan.
