If you're unable to reach the applicant then owner must register for an account through the Tucson Development Center website (https://tdc-online.tucsonaz.gov/#/register). The owner will need to submit a letter to the permit requesting to be added as a contact as he is the owner of the property. The City of Tucson will then review and verify Pima County Assessors data and add the homeowner to the permit. The owner may then request to withdraw the permit.
