A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10. Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. Comment: Previous comment 1 not accurately addressed. Please draw, label, and dimension the half right of way to the face of curb and from the face of curb to the property line along N. Catalina Ave. Refer to Paving Improvement Plan I-852 if necessary for the correct ½ ROW dimensions. https://maps-and-records.tucsonaz.gov/construction-plans/details/I-852. The ½ right of way is 17’ from centerline to face of curb and 13’ from face of curb to property line. 2.
