The Tucson-Pima County Historical Commission, Plans Review Subcommittee [TPCHC, PRS] conducted their review on February 08, 2024, and recommend approval. Both the Advisory Board and the Subcommittee made recommendations to the Planning and Development Services Department Director. Approved with conditions Requires plan to be revised and resubmitted showing how all approval conditions are met. In particular, 1.Cistern shall be moved to its original location; 2. Existing bathroom window shall be removed; 3. New mechanical equipment shall not be visible from public right-of-way; 4. Electrical and water service entrance shall be moved to a new wall and shall be screened to the extent possible by the existing garage door; 5. Aluminum windows and doors are acceptable but shall not set a precedent in the neighborhood; 6.
