Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). 1. No permit history could be found for converting the smaller building into a separate dwelling unit. You will need to provide permit documentation or other documentation showing this building was converted into a dwelling unit. We cannot approve a new service meter, See E3601.2: One/two family dwellings can be fed by only one service. 2. Please contact Pima County Addressing 520-724-9512 to verify the unit/s. Please resubmit your site plan and a verification letter from Pima County addressing verifying that each unit is properly recorded. 3. Each Unit will require a separate permit, or the clearance will not be processed by TEP. When the addressing is resolved with Pima County, you will need to request an address change for this permit to list a specific unit, then file 2 separate permits for the other unit.
