Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. In order to facilitate a shorter back check time, please provide updated plans and calculations with a written response to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Do not cloud the changes made for comment revisions.

1. Show the pool surface area and location in relation to all existing structures on the property, 2018 ISPSC 105.3.- Show all dimensions on the site plan.
2. Show compliance with the pool enclosure barrier requirement by including a continuous 5 foot barrier around the pool, ARS 36-1681 – show gates, gate directional swing, and label existing barrier as to what it is (CMU wall, fence, etc)
