This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. Update the panel schedule with the correct wire size. The overcurrent protection shall not exceed 15 amperes for 14 AWG, 20 amperes for 12 AWG, and 30 amperes for 10 AWG copper, Table E3702.14, Table E3705.5.3. All of your 20A and 30A breaker circuits have the incorrect wire size. Show a #6 awg wire size for circuits 22/24, 50A breaker, also include circuit description. 2. Show the feeder conductor from the meter to panel A sized according to E3705.1, Table E3705.1. The conductor type needs to be direct-burial rated, or wet location rated inside a conduit. E3406.5, E3803. 3. Protection of all interior 15A & 20A circuits serving outlet locations, per E3902.16. Update Arc-fault notes to include circuit numbers 10 and 23. 4.
