Please resubmit revised drawings with a detailed response letter stating how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. Per Tucson Unified Development Code (UDC) Table 6.3-1.A, when a residential use is adjacent to a residential zone, the required side and rear perimeter yard is 20 feet.

The proposed perimeter yard is 5’-0” as measured from the south lot line to the proposed addition. A Design Development Option (DDO) is required to reduce the rear perimeter yard. Zoning cannot approve TC-RES-1123-09374 until the associated DDO has been approved.
