Use the plans to develop plans specifically for this situation. !! 1. Please provide a complete set of building plans that address all the issues in the code violation case CE-VIO0423-02935. ON SITE WITH THE RESIDENT. THERE WAS A FIRE IN THE KITCHEN. IT CAUSED DAMAGE TO AN ESTIMATED 8X12 AREA OF THE KITCHEN CEILING. THE WOOD BEAMS HAVE SMOKE DAMAGE. THE DRYWALL OF THE CEILING WAS DESTROYED. THERE WAS HEAVY SMOKE DAMAGE THROUGHOUT THE DWELLING. THERE WAS AN ESTIMATED 2X2 INSPECTION HOLE IN THE DINING CEILING. THE KITCHEN WINDOW WAS DESTROYED AND A REAR BEDROOM WINDOW WAS DESTROYED. THERE IS WATER DAMAGE TO THE FLOORING. MULTIPLE ELECTRICAL DEVICES WERE MELTED. THERE WAS BARE AND BURNT WIRING IN THE KITCHEN. THE KITCHEN OUTLETS SUSTAINED DAMAGE. THERE WAS AN ACCUMULATION OF REFUSE AND DEBRIS IN THE DWELLING AND IN THE YARD. THE RESIDENT SECURED THE FRONT DOOR TO THE DWELLING AND LEFT THE SCENE. CITY CONTRACTOR BOARDED UP THE WINDOWS AND SECURED THE REAR SLIDER DOOR. PERMITS REQUIRED. 2.
