Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). 1. Provide an electrical riser diagram for both the existing meter/MSP setup and one showing the requested meter/MSP setup, 2017 NEC 230.9. Notate the grounding and bonding method, 2017 NEC 250.20(B), 250.24, 250.30(A)(4). Metallic gas lines must be bonded and not be used as the primary grounding method, 2017 NEC 250.50, 250.52(B)(1). 2. Each addressed dwelling unit requires a separate permit. 3. Demonstrate compliance with NEC 230.2 (Number of Services).
