This letter reflects comments to be addressed. To facilitate a shorter back-check time, we request that you please provide revised plans and calculations, clouding any changes, along with a written response to each of the noted items indicating the action taken. The scope of this review covers the architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical designs as they relate to the codes adopted by the jurisdiction. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions, and concerns before permit approval. Deferred Submittals: Open-web wood trusses. Special Inspections: Post-installed anchors. ARCHITECTURAL COMMENTS General 1. After reviewing the proposed revision narrative and provided revised drawings there are multiple pages within the original approved plan-set that were not updated to reflect the revision. For example, Sheet A301 Detail 1 still indicates the floor framing in the garage which was removed, Sheet A201 does not reflect the new ceiling height for the garage, Sheet AS101 does not reflect the updated patio dimensions on the site plan, Detail 5 on sheet S202 still indicates the floor framing, The electrical plan was not updated for the new lighting arrangements for the patio and attic lights. Please review the entire set and coordinate all pages to reflect the changes indicated on the revision narrative. STRUCTURAL COMMENTS Sheet S201 1. In addition to the above comment, there is a confliction between the framing designs on sheet S201. The roof framing plan indicates a 6x6 post at the GLB at the shop and the smaller framing plan to the right indicates (3) 2x6 at the bearing of the shop GLB. Please clarify. MECHANICAL COMMENTS There are no comments. PLUMBING COMMENTS There are no comments. ELECTRICAL COMMENTS There are no comments.
