TRANSMITTAL DATE: March 18, 2024

Please resubmit revised drawings with a detailed response letter stating how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

The following comments are relative to an application for a Design Development Option (DDO) (UDC 3.11.1).

1. Ensure all construction files are combined into a single PDF.

2. Per Tucson Unified Development Code (UDC) 6.4.5.C.1.a, for single-family and duplex development, the minimum required front street perimeter yard is 20 feet measured from the street property line. Provide a dimension from the post of the proposed porch to the front street property line on the site plan. The front street setback is not measured to the curb location.

As the required front street perimeter yard is not being met based on the site plan provided, Design Development Option (DDO) approval is required to reduce the setback to less than 20'-0".
