This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). 1. The provided plans show the main service panel (MSP) being relocated to the E side of the building. Provide a site plan showing the panel in the same location as stated in your description. Note: Only relevant if relocating the MSP. Relocating the MSP will require additional information: 1. Show the location of the existing panel on the Electrical/Site Plan and indicate if it will be a junction point for existing circuits or a sub-panel with new feeder conductors, E3601.6.2 & E3705.8. 2. Show the sub-panel feeder size and over-current protection (breaker size), E3705.5. 3. Show a wiring method for conductors running from new MSP location to existing wiring in compliance with E3802 or E3803. 4.
