Provide a lot coverage calculation on the site plan that includes the area of the site covered by buildings, outdoor storage areas, and vehicular use areas, whether improved or unimproved (UDC 6.4.3.B.3). Patios and porches are excluded from the lot coverage calculation (UDC 6.4.3.C.1.a). Lot coverage shall not exceed 70% (UDC 6.3-2.A). According to the Pima County Assessor's Office, the size of the lot is 8,250 square feet.
