COMMENTS: Resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

Previous Comment 1: Per UDC Article 6.4.5.C.1.b the minimum setback to S. Mission Rd. is 10’-0”, proposed is 3’-0”. A Design Development Option (DDO) must be submitted and approved to reduce the required setback. Previous follow up to Comment 1: A DDO application is still required along the east property line. Per UDC Article 6.4.5.C.1.b the minimum setback to S. Mission Rd. is 10’-0”, proposed is 3’-0”. A Design Development Option (DDO) is required for both the 148 SF Shed and 48 SF Chapel.
**Follow up to Comment 1: Zoning cannot approve the permit application, TC-RES-1122-01119, until the DDO process has been approved.

New Comment 2: If the DDO is approved, upload the complete plan set, a comment response letter, and the DDO approval letter upon resubmission.
Comment 3: Additional comments may be forthcoming on the next review based on the proposed use for the addition and applicable use specific standards.
