Previous Comment 1 is still not addressed: Per UDC Article 6.4.5.C.1.b the minimum setback to S. Mission Rd. is 10’-0”, proposed is 3’-0”. A Design Development Option (DDO) must be submitted and approved to reduce the required setback.
