Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). 1. The #2 AWG CU conductor from the MSP to the new sub-panel is undersized for the given 125A OCPD. The OCPD rating shall not exceed the allowable ampacity of conductor, E3705.5. Use Table E3705.1, 75 degree C column for the ampacity of conductor. 2.
