1.COMMENT: Perimeter yard setbacks are based on a measurement from design grade to the highest point of the exterior wall UDC Article 6.4.5.B & Figure 6.4.5-A. Provide the height for each of the sheds from design grade to where the wall hits the eave and the peak of the roof so that setback requirements can be verified.


2.COMMENT: Provide the square footage of each shed. Additional comments may be forth coming

3.COMMENT: The property owner of 433 W Waverly is KAOS Industries LLC provide a neighbor wavier from the property owner.
