This site is located in the O-3 zone (UDC 4.9.15). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-3).



Provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf.

It does not appear that the property dimensions are correct. Based on the Pantano Townhomes final plat lot 83, the property is 50’ wide by 60’ deep.



It appears that the proposed addion will be located within the common area. Provide written documentation that this addition has been approved by the HOA.
